• Day 2: Addis Ababa - Semera - Ahmed Ella
  Fly to Semera, drive to Afdera salt lake, then continue to Ahmed Ella. Overnight camping.
• Day 3: Dallol - Erta Ale
  Visit Ragad salt mines, explore Dallol?s geothermal formations, then drive to Erta Ale volcano. Overnight camping at the lava lake.
• Day 4: Erta Ale - Hawzen via Mekelle
  Drive to Hawzen via Mekelle, visiting Abreha wa Atsbeha Church. Overnight at Gheralta Lodge.
• Day 5: Abuna Yemata Guh - Axum
  Climb Abuna Yemata Guh Church, visit Yeha Temple. Overnight in Axum.
• Day 6: Axum - Addis Ababa
  Explore Axum?s historic sites including St. Mary of Zion, Stele Park, Queen of Sheba?s palace ruins. Fly back to Addis. Overnight in Addis.
• Day 7: Addis Ababa - Bahir Dar
  Fly to Bahir Dar. Visit Blue Nile Falls and take a boat trip on Lake Tana to Ura Kidane Mehret monastery. Overnight in Bahir Dar.
• Day 8: Bahir Dar - Gondar
  Drive to Gondar. Visit castles, Debre Birhan Selassie Church, and Fasiledes Bath. Overnight in Gondar.
• Day 9: Gondar - Simien Mountains
  Excursion to Simien Mountains National Park for hiking and scenic views. Overnight in Gondar.
• Day 10: Gondar - Lalibela
  Fly to Lalibela. Visit northern and western group churches including Bete Golgotha-Mika?el, Bete Maryam, Bete Medhane Alem, and Bete Giyorgis. Overnight in Lalibela.

• Day 13: Addis Ababa - Hawassa
  Drive south to Hawassa via Abijatta-Shalla National Park. Overnight in Hawassa.
• Day 14: Hawassa - Arba Minch
  Visit Lake Hawassa, Dorze village weaving traditions, and Wondo Genet hot springs. Overnight in Arba Minch.
• Day 15: Arba Minch - Konso
  Boat trip on Lake Chamo to see crocodiles and hippos. Visit Konso UNESCO site with terraced villages. Overnight in Konso.
• Day 16: Konso - Arbore - Turmi
  Drive to Arbore tribe village, then continue to Turmi to meet the Hamer people and witness bull jumping rituals. Overnight in Turmi.
• Day 17: Turmi - Kangaten - Karo - Turmi
  Visit Nyangatom tribe in Kangaten, Karo tribe at Kolcho, and return to Turmi. Overnight in Turmi.
• Day 18: Turmi - Omorate - Jinka
  Drive to Omorate to visit Dassanech tribe, then continue to Jinka. Overnight in Jinka.
• Day 19: Ari Village - Addis Ababa
  Visit Ari people near Jinka, known for pottery and blacksmithing. Fly back to Addis Ababa.
