Day 1: Drive Addis Ababa to Langano
Welcome to Ethiopia! We will meet you at the airport or hotel and drive to Lake Langano, the only comfortable lake for swimming. On the way, stop at Lake Ziway to see aquatic birds such as saddle-billed stork, greater jacana, African fish eagle, darter, herons, and hoopoe. After lunch in Ziway, continue to Langano for rest and leisure. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge and overnight at Africa Vacation Lodge.
Day 2: Drive Langano to Addis Ababa and Departure
After breakfast, visit Abijatta-Shalla National Park, covering 887 square kilometers and including two alkaline lakes. The park features open grasslands, dry savannas, and acacia woodlands. Wildlife includes Grant's gazelles, common warthogs, ostriches, and over 300 bird species. Later, drive back to Addis Ababa for departure.
