  Drive via Bishoftu lakes. Evening game drive in Awash National Park. Overnight in Awash.
• Day 3: Awash National Park Birding
  Birding in Awash: African Orange-bellied Parrots, Bustards, Weavers, Hoopoe, Yellow-throated Serine, Red-fronted Barbet, Pygmy Batis, and mammals like baboons, jackals, and gazelles. Overnight camping.
• Day 4: Awash - Lake Langano
  Drive to Lake Langano with birding stops at Lake Ziway and Koka Dam. Overnight at Langano.
• Day 5: Lake Langano & Abiyata-Shalla
  Birding at Lake Langano and Abiyata-Shalla National Parks. Spot pelicans, flamingos, storks, hornbills, rollers, and over 300 species. Overnight at Langano.
• Day 6: Langano - Wondo Genet - Bale Mountains
  Drive to Bale Mountains National Park. Afternoon hike spotting Menelik?s Bushbuck, Mountain Nyala, and endemic birds. Overnight in Bale.
• Day 7: Bale Mountains Birding
  Spot Simien Red Wolves, Wattled Crane, Abyssinian Catbird, Francolin, Ground Thrush, and other endemics. Overnight in Bale.
• Day 8: Bale - Negeli Borena
  Drive via Harena Forest. Look for Turaco, Golden-breasted Starling, Sidamo Lark, Somali Short-toed Lark, and Heuglin?s Bustard. Overnight in Negeli.
• Day 9: Negeli - Yabello Borena
  Search for endemic White-tailed Swallow and Stresemann?s Bushcrow. Explore Yabello Wildlife Sanctuary for ostrich, secretary bird, vultures, falcons, rollers, and gazelles. Overnight in Yabello.
• Day 10: Yabello - Hawassa
  Drive to Hawassa spotting hornbills, storks, geese, kingfishers, and other water birds. Overnight in Hawassa.
• Day 11: Hawassa - Addis Ababa - Departure
  Return to Addis with birding stops at Rift Valley Lakes. Farewell dinner with traditional dances and coffee ceremony. Transfer to airport for departure.
