• ? 6:30 AM - Departure from Addis Ababa
  Pickup from hotel/residence. Drive ~80 km south to the base of Mount Zuqualla. Transport by private 4WD or van.
• ? 8:30 AM - Arrive at Mt. Zuqualla Base
  Quick briefing by local guide, overview of trail options, and monastery etiquette before starting the hike.
• ? 8:45 AM - Begin Hike
  Moderate incline trail through forest and open areas. Pass highland vegetation, flowering plants, monkeys, and birds with panoramic views of the Rift Valley.
• ? 10:30 AM - Visit Zuqualla Monastery
  Explore Debre Tsion Monastery near the crater rim. Learn about its 4th?century origins, Orthodox traditions, and local beliefs around the sacred mountain.
• ? 11:30 AM - Explore Crater Lake
  Walk to Lake Zuqualla inside the crater. Enjoy serenity, take photos, and hear local legends if arranged.
• ? 12:00 PM - Picnic Lunch
